不介意被称为恶俗，愿你我能把这恶俗进行到底

作为一个急性子，这个跨新年跑是昨天干的。无知者无畏，六周没跑，唯一的一次7km是圣诞节那天。昨天天实在太好了。出门的时候目标是10km, 背了水。越跑越开心，6km的时候觉得可以搞个20.25km, 把恶俗进行到底。跑完很高兴，下午拉伸了半个小时。今天雨夹雪，来个排酸跑。路况很不好，选择去操场。

I am not the only crazy person! 这个老几在我第二圈儿的时候就来了，他开始铲雪想玩儿，一边铲雪一边下。我跑完五公里的时候他还在铲！ 有人会说，这种天， 外面什么也没有！ 不对， 外面的世界有很多很多的东东，你不出去，你不会发现，这些美好的东东实际上沉睡在我们心里，我们可以做的，就是出去，把那些藏在心里的潜能挖出来。外面雪花飘飘，内里温暖如春，鲜花盛开，香气弥漫。愿你我的2025是一个不断探索发现新的边界的一年，拥抱未来，发掘自我的无限潜能， the sky is the limit……
