大家晒一晒今年跑步的mileague?

我的1645 mile， 只算跑步不算hiking, walking啥的。 比去年要多61%。估计明年我可能会悠着点儿多做一些cross training.

我在想花班跑了那么多全马，估计跑量应该2000多迈吧！布班的就更不用说，估计都上万了
