怎能错过如此美丽的跑步季节

虽然上周信誓旦旦地说不要超过5km慢慢恢复跑步，不过，这样的跑步季，似穿行画廊一般，怎么舍得错过。不小心就几乎双倍5km。心怀感激我们能够自由奔跑在这样的季节这样美好的地方，秋日的美景和波澜壮阔真的是转瞬即逝。
