要买一个iPhone 4s? 5c? or 5s?

I am a Verizon customer and want buy an iPhone.
Asked Verizon store the contract for 4s is free,
5c is $99 and 5s is $199. The purpose to buy is smart
phone is for wechat and wifi. no need special features.

Which one is best fit my requirement?
