脚丫子痛是怎么回事

左脚大拇指根和脚掌的关节肿痛，突发，没有踩空扭伤，夜里睡到半截发现，过了一天也没好。现在脚点地就痛，痛度大概在4／10，坐在椅子上把腿伸直脚跟着地不痛，动脚趾头会痛（无论是向上还是向下）

现在只能一瘸一瘸地走。

有何见解。
