400跑起来

不是为了练400。亚马之后一直慢跑。

又有好久没飙速度了。6x400米，间隔90秒。

本来想搞十个，搞了6个拉倒了，最后100米喘不过气来。

garmin vs strava 谁家的图好看？

戴了garmin跑豆。running power需要学习。

Strava显示的power 

可是Garmin 显示平均power为251W。

估计garmin把休息的时间都算进去了，而Strava 只算了一部分。

如果完全不算休息时间就高于400。
