娃就是保持体重路上的拦路虎啊

昨晚我们娘仨看电影，老二又开始整他的绝活，花生酱饼干。明知道他娘是花生酱脑袋，一切跟花生酱有关的都爱，他还恶狠狠的在饼干里又放了四块奥利奥。没办法，儿子做的，必须捧场，再说是花生酱啊。人均限量3块。

今天放假，早上给我做了早餐，中午我出去跑步两个小时，老二在家折腾了两个小时，从洗西红柿开始做了纯手工版西红柿奶油浓汤，还配上里面夹着美乃滋和两种cheese的黄油煎的grilled cheese。

这两周老公出差，所以我一个人承担娃训练的接送，周五晚上等他无事可做，也不想锻炼，就跑去新开的重庆小面吃了碗豌杂面，巴适的很

最后回归运坛主题，要不被花花踢出去了

最近每周练两次glutes,练完两三天都是酸爽的不行，也就是一周基本只有一天像个正常人走路
