秋跑跑

整整一个夏天没有去树林里跑trail，怪想念的，终于抽时间跑进去野了一圈儿。

这样的小路，几乎被植物覆盖了

突然冲出一条没有缰绳的大狗，赶紧停住，跟它说话，等其主人出现，跑这片林子最大的问题是这些出其不意出现的大狗。这条狗我认识，是很友好的。但是有条husky很不友好，其主人也很凶。不过遛狗的人一般停留在林子外延，跑深处这个问题就没了。

这片树林很治愈

去年秋天遇蛇留下了些心理阴影，树叶动起来让人心惊肉跳，赶紧跳开仔细看看，松了一口气。红头巨型啄木鸟在你唱我和中相互呼唤，爱煞了这片秘密花园儿

林中不见红叶，只缘身在此山中

秋日阳光，雨过天晴见彩虹

今天早上跑完之后的彩霞满天
