力量训练打卡 Day 14 

Kettlebell Strength 10分钟， Push up 30-20-20, Squat 20-20-20, Plank 3组行Dead hang 3组。

跑步52分钟

今年难得三美同框，通常来说牡丹最先开，然后芍药，最后是伊藤。上周连着一周几乎天天三十几度高温。花儿们都找不着北，全部齐齐开放，也是难得一见的风景。

等待了两年才开的新伊藤品种，有点小失望

今年新进的日落珊瑚

槐花煎，昨天做采花大盗，今天做成盘中餐。昨天试了Fuz兄推介的加面粉虾仁儿，液好吃，但是更喜欢奶酪版
