Day 8: 今日力量训练打卡：Kettle Bell Strength workout 10min, Push up 20-20-20, Squat 20-20-20, Plank 3组， Dead hang 3组， ABs 5min。

跑步：45分钟

 
两棵乌龙牡丹，天成自然种在露台梯子两旁。去年的重创给它们修身养息的时间。今年开出来有史以来最多的花儿。五六年的时光，细细裁成这样的美妙花花。岛根紫藤牡丹每朵花儿直径达25cm, ，非常夸张张扬十足的花儿。美得让人叹息，短短几天时间，让人流连忘返，不时驻足细看。 理解了小时候觉得俗气无比期待大牡丹花儿锦缎被面。实物实在是不可方物，六宫粉黛无颜色说的就是伊啊。查出来它的芳名Paeonia suffruticosa, 'Shimane Wisteria' 

High Noon, 不知是否对应姚黄牡丹，相比之下小了不少。
