我在网上查计算总胆固醇的公式，Google到时这样：

The equation is: LDL + HDL + (triglycerides/5) = total cholesterol. For instance, if you had an LDL of 100, HDL of 60, and triglyceride level of 150, then the equation would read: 100 + 60 + (150/5).

你的四个数字：151.83+71.53+68/5=236.96 < 253.67 且少了16-17？
