大学排名和上海户口

想不到这个东西和上海户口直接挂上了勾。

但是排名这个东西，每年有变化的，变了怎么办？

比如香槟大学目前牌在50，刚好可以入户上海。四年后大学毕业，香槟排名跌出50，不能进上海。

当初选报香槟就是冲着上海户口去的，现在学费交完了，户口进不去，怎么办？

可不可以让香槟退钱？
