报税问题再求各位帮助

我弟（人在国内， 没有美国身份）委托我买了一出租房， 我帮他管， 现要报2014税。
我该如何做？
谢谢“瞎问瞎说”给我很多帮助， 但我还是不太明白。希望瞎兄及其他有经验的朋友帮助， 先谢了。

1. 报2014的税， 得填1040-NR－EZ， 我应该填W7 去得到ITIN， 但因他没有美国身份，他该用什么证件？
2. 瞎兄提到用1040-ES可以得到ITIN，因1040-ES是用于估税的， 我不知道是否可以报2014 的税？
