扫地老头在某大学城有一康斗，4-5年前买的，一直出租给研究生（扫地老头基本只租给博士生，没任何麻烦），正现金流。今天一个经纪人打来电话，说有一买家，愿意出价买下给其8月去读研究生的女儿住。开价是扫地老头买入价的2.5倍，扫地老头有点动心了。但问题是现在手头已有一笔现金，还没找到出去，再来一笔就更不知道出去了（商业房产是不敢进的）。康斗在那每月有租金入袋的啊。杀鸡取蛋就有点那啥了。。。
