因为油漆的事情，拿不定主意

出租房的油漆是大白漆，我想漆成Neutral color的，因为这个颜色配上白shutter很好看，我以前买的所有short sale的房子都是需要油漆，所以白菜房都是漆成Neutral color。这个standard sale的房子，租金不便宜，所以我换油漆，装Crown molding。我认为漂亮的房子租得快，也使招到好租客的机会增加，LD认为不必要，我这是花冤枉钱，他的意见是以后需要再说。谁对啊？
