Do I have to register and pay membership fee monthly to get those info? You told me yesterday "You can go to court directly and get a list of properties scheduled for auction. Then, you can visit the neighborhoods where the properties are most populated, you will see many shiny "AUCTION" sign in front of the house and tell you who to contact and/or when the open house will be. I personally have not participated in auction. But I will soon attend and get into that. The key is to get *incredible* bargain in auciton."
I'm confused about the auction you mentioned and the Trustee's sale. Are they same or not? Thanks!
How to find REO sales?
