我去年底进的一个有三单元的房子现有一家餐馆想以公司的名义签整栋。我该要求他们什么信息呢?我原来对个人都查信用。第一次面对这种情形。其实,他们这样做,离我们期望的租金差近$500/月 (我原来想2个2B 各租$2195,加上顶楼的1B $1350,我包maintanance, 我开始给的offer是$5500 包maintenance,例如,snow plow,lawn care etc,他们最后压到$5000,他们 自己做maintainance)。价钱是有些低。但我考虑到easy maintainance,房子也空置好久了,所以有些想试试。Thanks for your input.
请问我该要求那些信息,如果房客是以公司的名义租房?
