TN holder报加拿大的税, 如何处理US Social security and Medicare taxes?

诚心请教.
报了美国的税，在报加拿大的税, 加拿大form T2209 E(14)(Federal Foreign Tax Credits) 里说:  “US Social security and Medicare taxes qualify foreign tax credit”
是不是要直接把US Social security and Medicare taxes 加入 US tax里面, 把总数作为US tax, 报给加拿大?
