新手菜鸟， 我觉得denver的租房市场很疯狂，

我的一房市价在260K-280K之间，租价在$1700以上，算一下这样的投资回报率很不错，只是不知道这个火爆的租房市场能持续多久。不知道美国其他地区也是这样的，
