请问大家如果一个地区近Industrial Park, shopping mall, highway, 价格适中，比较安全，学区中上，而且是”Heavily owned by investors“， 那这是不是一个好的投资房？

这是我的realtor的原话：“ This area is heavily owned by investors so it must have good rental opportunities.”
