create a spreadsheet for each house. input all transactions in a timely manner. Scan the invoices and store them in the computer. Do not wait until 1 year before you start doing bookkeeping. No need to use any software. The task is too simple to use a software. Spreadsheet is the simplest way and you do not need to learn how to use quick book.
