garage opener remote 问题请教

2013 年新的opener. 手动那个连线开关运行良好。可是remote 怎么也连不上它。learn button 按后灯也亮   按程序就是接不到信号 不会blink.  同一个remote 试了别的都没问题。说明问题出在opener 上。 有类似经验的吗？谢谢啊！
