请教各位大侠关于在Williston , North Dakota 的投资房

我们要在Williston买了一个投资房，下周close, 新房，房价27万，月租3500。 代理保证第一年的租客。由于近来石油业的动荡，我觉得这笔投资风险太大。那里的租客就是石油工人，一旦停工，别说出租就是卖都成问题。但我LG还想做。想听听各位大侠的意见，是不是应该停，再次多谢各位。
