要想发财，需要听老婆的

说一个自己的经历。90年代中，从日本去硅谷工作，带了一笔钱，可以买25万的房子。结果左看右看，眼高手低，不顾老婆的反对，不买。理由是，这个房子太差，过几年买50万的。过了几年，真的花了50万，买了和当年25万基本一样的房子。几年后回国，再次不顾老婆的反对，把房子卖了，理由又是，过几年给你买一百万的。真的是几年后，再回到湾区的时候，的确花了100万，结果也是和几年前50多万卖掉的房子基本类似。几次没听老婆的，大70多万的收入就没有了。所以，要想致富，首先要听老婆的。
