买了银行回收房子出租问题

在肯塔基刚买了一个银行回收放出来的房子，下offer时是说要自己住，primary residence。其实本来是想招roommate,但是广告出去后有人想整租整个房子。按合同，我得在3个月内住进去，至少住一年。不知道房子close后，如果自己没住，而是租出去了，会有什么问题吗？每月mortgage按时负肯定没问题，租金也比mortgage等费用高一些。single family。请教有经验的，这种情况整个租出去有问题吗，多谢
