最重要的是要有目标

2002年和EX离婚的时候，那时候全部资产10万。希望50岁有一米，几栋出租房，每月租金4千就够我母女二人用度。心里有这样一个目标，就时时注意房地产。等到2007年，由于房地产增值，1995年14万买的房子2007年值25万，加上其他的资产一共有40万。那时仍然独身一人，不像先前EX大权在握，一切听他的。这次俺可以做主，觉得是时机，倾其所有全部投入房地产。2008年拥有出租房12个，资产超过1米，每月纯租金收入超过6千，俺的目标达到了。就辞了工作。

后来把401K全部取出，投入房地产，每年盈余也都用于买房，现在房地产价值4到5米，租金收入比LD和俺两总收入多。还有一商业地产没有全面开发，今年准备投入20万，预计每月收入可以增加1万多。这个商业地产11万买下来，当时只有停车场出租给隔壁的ｃａｒ dealer，每月1千。房子总面积1万6千尺，如果按$100/尺，应该值1.6米。

在钱上面，我们已经没有太多的欲望，够华了。我们正在把我们住的大房子卖掉，以后开销更少，余下的钱准备周游世界。

生活中机会很多，但要有目的，要去规划。这样的话当机遇出现的时候，你才能及时抓住。钱不是万能，但有钱也就有更多的自由，更多的选择。
