大家再帮我看看投资房是安草坪还是硬化装pebble

新的sfh，地很小，一共4000尺。builder给安装前院的草坪，两侧和后院的自己负责。两侧和后院都不大，我们自己还没有shop around，所以草坪和sprinkler具体多少钱不知道，估计2k左右。这些钱完全可以铺非高档的pebble了。

大家说是装草坪好和还是铺pebble呢？
