从弯曲八房妹学到的

就是抓大放小：TF交给PM，家务交给保姆。我们该做的就是考虑机会在哪，什么时候投入，什么时候出来。 真所谓运筹帷幄，决胜千里之外。

我现在TF都是PM管理，就是家务一直舍不得（其实是LD舍不得）请保姆。今天回家的主要任务就是说服LD，让她从家务中解放出来，专心培养孩子。
