Palo Alto 几条主要居民区街道走过，全是一派拆建热景，现在好像大家热衷花两百万买块地，重新建屋。

从2009年到现在，该城房价就如脱缰野马，一路狂奔。

印度人好像还不算多，咱同胞到处可见。

一个月前，1200尺的2房2浴公寓（6年新）卖了107万。

在这地方，不指望现金流，就博升值。
