You need to have a premier banking account with them. I have been a premier client for more than 10 years, and I never regret to be one. I have a personal banker working with me and she helps me a lot in many areas. In fact she recommended this product to me when she knows that I have a much worse HELOC with another bank. She also suggested that I open a short term CD early this year when the rate was still high. I got a four month CD at 4.65% APR.

There are other benefits with premier status, such as free safety deposit, free check stop payment, etc....
