各位新年快乐！一租户抱怨下雨时，门口屋檐水太大

各位新年快乐！

一租户抱怨下雨时，正门口屋檐水pouring而下，太大。要求我fix.并说她almost slip.

 
如果要fix的话，需要装gutter.可是南加州很少下雨，gutter必须装吗？如果装gutter, 就正门口那一点，大概多少cost?
 
如果不装gutter,如何跟租户协商呢？还是希望租户能高高兴兴的。
