我的一个CONDO

的卫生间顶上出现了MOLD， 房客原意帮着REPLACE那块DRYWALL (少付$100房租)。
 我让他在放上新的DRYWALL前 喷上一些杀MOLD的化学品。 我还应该注意什么呢?
