永别了，我的小小摇钱树。 我是在2008年市场一片哀鸿时买下的它， 才花了$75000. 花了$5000装修。租出去每月$1500。 除去贷款和地产税及保险，它每月给我挣回来$1100。 为了买一个大棵的摇钱树，今天就要把它卖掉了。卖价$210,000。除去各种花销，净挣11万。加上平时每月的盈利，六年8万，总共挣了19万。
