IRS Tax lien on a house I submitted offer

Hey expert.

I am new in buying a house, my agent is kind of pushing me to buy,
after sign the contract, the 3rd day I got the seller disclosure,
just found there is an IRS lien on it, said it will be said during the closing process.

I am still in the option period, already finish inspection and put in the option money and earnest money.

My agent said the title compnay will take care of it when clpsing, the loan came form bank to title compnay then to the seller.

Does what she say is true? I dont' trust her a bit. Thank you.
