BBB may not help you much. They are not a government organization anymore, and they collect fees from "Acredited Businesses". So the "acredited businesses" are their clients. Do you think they would sacrifice a client just to help you to get justification? I think not. I leanred this the hard way.
Don't expect much from BBB.
