Tenants who run home-based business from our property

We are about to approve a rental application to a young couple who would co-sign the lease. One of co-applicants have a home business, with a unusual large amount of annual income, it is more than triple of a IT professional would make. He wouldn't want to release his email, nor the registered legal name of the business. He said his home-based business is registered with the state, he does only office work from home and supervise his bussiness from home. No major issue in credit check, he barely has anything there except a couple of collections of small amounts; Also no issue in backend check neither. 

The other applicant, his girlfriend, has execellent credit and no issue in backgrond check, who run a marketing business from home. 

Is there any specifics that we as landlord should be aware of? Is it legal or proper to ask for further details about his home business? For example, should we ask the name of the registered business? 我们有无权利知道他们是做什么生意的? 注册生意的名字是什么?
