C is very risky to play with. So does WM.
JPM, BAC or even WB much better. If anyone belives we are at the end of subprime, US banks definitely a great sector to play with. Nevertheless, even Ben Bernanke made mistake early (saying no recession for US economy in Jan) so do we.
