for the rental condo, I use the HOA insurance broker. For example, the HOA has condo insured through State Farm, I buy the landload policy from the State Farm.
I have the umberalla policy from the company that I have car, house, and other insurance to get the discounts.
Anyway, it's better to call a couple companies and get some quotes.
I get a peace of mind after I got both insurance. I would feel even better if my renters get the renter insurance. :)
