地主的烦恼：这样的中国学生房客

一出租房地下室下水道不怎么通，craigslist找了个通下水道的，约定早上11来，和一对说硕士毕业在找工作的中国学生说好他们开门，做好付款。  还教他们通好后开洗衣机试试。


结果刚刚打来电话，说水比以前堵得更厉害。说他们有事要出门，把工人放进来，付了钱就走了。。。 问我怎么办？

我无话可说，给那工人打电话留言，不回。

还不知道那些房客的东西有没有被偷。
