Some common reasons that cause agent to behave that way:
You negotiated some commission rebate from agent.
You are not a cash buyer.
You will see 10+ houses to make only 1 offer.
You are not reasonable when comes to negotiating repair items. Deals in the past fell apart because of that.
If none of the above, you should terminate the representation agreement with the agent. Just fill out TAR-1503 form and email to her.
