I cancelled the policy when the term was up. Sure enough 2 weeks after we cancelled the policy, the AC broke. We spent around $200 for the repair because it was a weekend. I resume the policy after that. We pay 45 a month for the policy. Each time we copay 60 dollars for the service. Since the house was built in 86. We decided to keep the policy in place as we are turning this house into rental. We have called for Ac service, Plumbing service, and waterheater. The waterheater was leaking water and short out the electric panel, so they replace with a new one.Water heater itself was not very expensive, usually ask about 200 dollars, but the installation is about the same price as a new water heater if you can not install your self.
