你们都用什么理由拒绝？

最近房子怎么这么好出租呢？打个广告电话都打破了，争先恐后的要放deposit。 先看好一家， 基本是答应了， 收了application fee。 后来觉得现在一家比那个好， 怎么回绝第一家呢？ 有点说不出口啊。
