Update: The people weatherized the house today????they insulated the Attic there was a lot of air coming in, closed off the vent in the lvrm that was bringing lots cold air in the house they said it was not connected to anything. Weatherized the front door. Insulated basement at ceiling point and caulked the windows in the basement. I believe there is a little more that needs to be done by another company that they contract with, I will confirm this week.
