comcast: the worst company in the US？

刚才因为网络的问题，给comcast客服打电话。打了两轮电话实在是让我无语。
我在想：是什么样的经济环境让这样差的公司还有立足之地？垄断？还是其他？

真希望google以及阿里巴巴还有其他新秀公司公司加油，通过良性竞争给消费者提供更好的服务和产品。

再想想，希望自己不要太偏激，也许误会了comcast.查了一下，原来这家公司已经几次被评选为the worst company in the us!!
