我怕她：为了３８块申请费，她要叫警察，还要让KARMA来惩罚我。谁能解释一下KARMA？

有两人同时申请一康斗。这个女学生不知道如何回答信用调查的电子邮件。我等了她两天，她还是搞不定。于是。。。

短讯：

Landlord: Hi, xxxx, Somebody else just signed the lease tonight. The apartment is not available any more. Thank you!

Applicant: But you told me we have to go by background check?

Landlord: That person finished it faster.

Applicant: Can u give me my 38 $ back please because we don’t agree on this. We agreed that u will take my money to check and decide. Not take it early for someone else.

Landlord: I cannot, because I have paid the company for your background check.

Applicant: Ok but u still didn’t get the answer and u rent my place which not fair. Now u have a tenant so u have money. I paid only because u said u will wait me to see the background report. Please don’t mess up with me. That’s not fair and KARMA one day will do this to you if u cheat.

Landlord: I don’t know why you took so long to respond the background request from the company.

Applicant: So please give me my money I am international student I need every cent in here. I will not forgive you. I always call u to ask u and I did what u said. I will call the police if u did not give me my money.

Landlord: ok I give you $38.
