Bank own house no deed cannot 房屋过户 in time,我们成了无家可归者

各位同胞们， 我在此跪求大家给出点主意
我买房，找了个buyer agent 在list 上找了个bank own house给了offer 后来就 under contract, 按照合同应该于2月25日过户settlement. 因为the owner cannot provide the deed so they requested to make the settlement extended to 2月 29日，后还是没有deed不能过户，我们已经和原apartment 解除了合同必须于3月2日搬出去， 现在我们无家可归了，we are in the motel now. The buyer agent 威胁说我们要签个extension so we can be under contract. 我们就签了个extending agreement the owner also signed on it. Now the agreement is extended to March 14, if they cannot provide the deed again then we have to be homeless for longer time. 请各位大哥大姐帮忙给出点主意吧， 我们英文不好，请原谅中英混合文字。我们在马里兰。
