I think the county over estimate my house value because a lot of the house in
my neighborhood, even through the market value is over my house, their estimated
value is lower than mine. But the problem is the county's estimated value is
always below the market value. So even through I think it was over estimated,
but still very possible below the market value. In this situation, if the
county decide to take the market value, it may get worse. If this will happen?
