我应该再把钱贷出来吗

我属于胆小之人，又没有投资经验。前几年买了个房子，PAYOFF了。现在手上没什么钱了。我是否应该贷一部份钱出来，作些投资呢。听说PAYOFF 是很不划算。干点什么都比PAYOFF好。 是这样吗
