有对夫妻国内过来，问我能不能租房子给他们两年，我值得买个5万的房子租给他们吗？

我看了一圈，只能买到5万的了，两卧室的，在马马虎虎的区，学校6-8分，商业区，交通方便，但是离大学医院市中心都有段距离。唯一能确定的就是这对夫妻会是好租客，会租最少两年，房租650左右，两年之后这个房子还能最少卖5万。
