I only use electrician pull permit. I have industrial electricain liscense. I do a neat job than electrician.
my electrician gave me some advices. also I can call him if i have question.
I pay him $500 just for permit and consualtation.
You can cut seal to pull meter out.
after everything finishing work, call utility company put new seal.
